成人使用头孢曲松钠导致胆泥形成及假性胆石症的超声追踪观察

摘    要:【目的】探讨成人患者使用头孢曲松钠导致胆泥形成及假性胆石症的超声特征及停药后的超声改变。【方法】选取26例使用头孢曲松钠导致胆泥形成及假性胆石症的患者,回顾性分析其超声特征,追踪观察停药后的超声改变。【结果126例胆泥形成及假性胆石症超声表现分为:胆泥形成型、胆囊单发强回声团型、胆囊多发强回声团型及胆总管强回声团型。四型之间患者年龄,胆囊壁厚度、强回声团直径及胆泥形成及假性胆石症发现时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),胆泥形成型较单发、多发及胆总管强回声团型异常回声消失较早(P〈0.05)。胆泥形成型声影发现率低于多发强回声团型(P〈O.05),其余组声影发现率之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。【结论】超声追踪观察可有效评价成人使用头孢曲松钠导致胆泥形成及假性胆石症。

Abstract:Objective]To explore the ultrasonic characteristics and changes of ceftriaxone sodium-induced biliary sludge and pseudo-cholelithiasis in adult patients. Results]Twenty-six patients with ceftriaxone sodi- um-induced biliary sludge and pseudo-cholelithiasis were selected. The ultrasonic features were analyzed retro speetively. The ultrasonic changes after drug withdrawal were followed up and observed. Results] Ultrasonic manifestations of 26 biliary sludge and pseudo-eholelithiasis were divided into 4 types including biliary sludge, single strong echo in gallbladder, multiple strong echo in gallbladder and strong echo in bile common duct. No significant differences were found in age, thickness of gallbladder wall, diameter of strong echo and the time of formation of biliary sludge or pseudo-cholelithiasis among four types( P 〉O. 05). The echo of biliary sludge type disappeared more rapidly than single and multiple strong echo in gallbladder or strong echo in bile common duct( P 〈0.05). The rate of acoustic shadow in biliary sludge type was lower than that of multiple strong echo in gallbladder( P 〈0.05), and no significant differences were found between other groups( P ~0.05). Conclusion] Ultrasonic follow-up observation can effectively evaluate ceftriaxone sodium-induced biliary sludge and pseudo-eholelithiasis in adult.
