腹腔镜辅助下的阴式子宫切除临床疗效分析

【目的】探讨腹腔镜辅助下的阴式子宫切除术的疗效。【方法】选取本院收治的子宫病变并采用腹腔镜辅助下的阴式子宫切除（LAVH）患者105例及同期采用开腹子宫切除术（TAH）患者105例。分析两组患者子宫重量、手术所需时间、术中的出血量，术后肛门排气时间、住院时间以及术后并发症情况，并对数据结果进行统计学分析。【结果】LAVH组手术出血量少于TAH组，在术后肛门排气时间、平均住院日等方面均显著短于TAH组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），LAVH组术后并发症发生率亦明显少于TAH组（P〈0．05）。【结论】LAVH术中出血更少，术后肛门排气时间缩短，住院日缩短，术后并发症减低，是一种能够为患者和医师带来更满意的临床治疗效果的手术方式。

Analysis of the Efficacy of Laparoscopy Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy

Objective] To explore the efficacy of laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy（LAVH）. Methods] Totally 105 cases of uterus disease in our department undergoing LAVH and 105 patients undergo- ing abdominal hysterectomy （TAH） were selected. The uterine weight, operation time, intraoperative bleed- ing, postoperative anal exhaust time, length of stay and postoperative complications in two groups were ana- lyzed. Results] The intraoperative bleeding volume in LAVH group was less than that in TAH group. The postoperative anal exhaust time and mean hospital day in LAVH group were shorter than those in TAH group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P d0.01）. The incidence of the complications in LAVH group was obviously less than that in TAH group（ P d0.01）. Conclusion] The LAVH has fewer intraopera- tive bleeding, shorter postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital day and days in hospital and less postopera- tive complications. Therefore, it is the surgical approach with good effect for patients and doctors.
