| 摘 要： | 采用翼腭管进针，将无水乙醇注射到蝶腭神经节部位，阻断鼻腔的副交感神经及感觉神经治疗常年性鼻炎50例。随诊1年有效率达82．0％。腭部麻木为主要并发症。提出蝶腭神经节无水乙醇注射是治疗常年性鼻炎的较为有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Fifty patients with vasomotor rhinitis were treated by the method of injection of ab-solute ethyl alcohol to sphenopalatine ganglion through pterygopalatine canal to blockparasympathetic nerve and sensory nerve of the nasal cavity. The effective rate was upto 82. 0% in follow-up 1 year and the main complication was palatal anesthesia. Our re-sult proved that sphenopalatine ganglion injection of absolute ethyl alcohol was effectivefor the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis. |
