| 摘 要： | 论述继续医学教育与医院可持续发展的关系。指出，继续医学教育对医院可持续发展具有传播先进医学知识、促进学科品牌优质、快速更新知识、培育人才、提高全员教育力的作用。在二者中，处理好中心与优先、单一与融合关系是关键。抓好继续医学教育应坚持以岗位驯化、管理规范、质量意识为主的院本培训。

| Abstract: | Continuous Medical Education plays an important role in the sustainable development to spread up-to-date medical knowledge, to optimize medical science, to renew medical knowledge, and to cultivate the talents. Of them the most critical one is to properly handle the relationship between center and priority, simplex and complex. Besides, medical further education should be centered on the on-the-job training, standard management and priority to quality. |
