手术室实习护生标准预防知识认知及执行的现状

目的了解手术室实习护生标准预防知识认知情况及其执行现状,以便更有效地开展手术室标准预防工作,防止疾病在患者、医护人员、手术室实习护生间的相互传播,减少感染及传播疾病的机会。方法自行设计问卷对85名手术室实习护生进行关于标准预防知识认知和执行现状的调查。结果实习护生对标准预防的概念和基本知识不能完全理解、掌握,临床实习中不能完全按照要求执行防护措施;不能按照要求执行的原因依次包括：标准预防知识的匮乏、工作太忙、戴手套影响操作、防护用具不实用、怕麻烦、没有防护意识和相关知识。结论实习护生标准预防知识欠缺,预防措施执行不到位;应加强标准预防知识的教育,以提高实习护生标准预防知识的知晓率;同时应加强带教老师的督促指导,以提高实习护生标准预防措施的执行率。

Status of Implementation and Cognition of Standard Precautions in Practicing Nurses in Operation Room

Objective To investigate the status of cognition and implementation of standard precautions in practicing nurses in operation room so as to promote the implementation of standard precautions in operation room,prevent diseases’ transmission among patients,surgeons and practicing nurses and reduce opportunities for infection and spreading of diseases.Methods Eighty-five practicing nurses in operation room were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on their cognition and implementation of the standard precautions.Results The practicing nurses couldn’t completely understand the conception and basic knowledge about the standard precautions.The demands in the standard precautions couldn’t be completely implemented in the clinical nursing practice.The reasons accounted for the implementing defects included lack of the related knowledge,busy clinical work,the influence of glove,the unsuitable protection equipment,laziness,and lack of protection awareness.Conclusion Given the lack of standard precaution knowledge and implementing defects,the standard precaution education should be strengthened to improve the awareness of standard precaution knowledge of nursing students.Meanwhile the supervision and guidance of the teacher should be strengthened to improve the implementing rate of standard precautions of practicing nurses.
