| 摘 要： | 阿维菌素从结构上类似于大环内酯类抗生素,具有触杀、胃毒作用,可用作农药、兽药和医药,应用广泛。利用生物农药防治白蚁在室内试验上都取得比较好的效果,但在野外条件下的效果要么得到证实,要么不是特别理想,从而阻碍了生物农药在白蚁防治上的应用。就阿维菌素类似药物的一些理化特性、毒理学、作用机理、白蚁生物防治研究以及生物防治的局限性几个方面进行论述。

| Abstract: | Abamectins from the structure similar to macrolide antibiotics, have contact and stomach toxicity, can be used as insecticides, veterinary drugs and medical applications. The test of using them as biological insecticides to control termites in indoor shows efficient poison, but in the field conditions, their effect either has not been confirmed, or is not desired. This prevents the biological pesticide from the application in termite control. This paper will summary the physical and chemical properties, toxicology and mechanism of abamectin analogues, review the development of termites biological control study and discuss the limitation of biological insecticide used in termite control. |
