摘    要:目的 分析抗结核治疗后,病人血脂变化及血脂对肝功能的影响。方法 回顾分析1996~2000年,入院时肝功能正常患者。血脂情况划为A、B两组。结果 治疗后发生肝功能异常37/201例(18.4%),血尿酸异常79/201例(39.3%)。治疗前有血脂异常患者29/201例(14.4%),治疗后64/201例(31.8%)。治疗前后比较血脂值有显著差异。治疗前血脂异常者,肝功异常发生率显著超过血脂正常者。结论 肺结核及抗结核治疗,可引起血脂代谢紊乱。血脂异常加重抗痨治疗肝功能损害。

Abstract:Objective To analyze patients blood-fat change and its effect on liver function after the antituberculosis treatment.Methods The patients' clinical data of 1996-2000 whose liver function test were normal at the hospital admission were reviewed. According to their levels of the blood-fat, the patients were divided into A and B groups. Results There were 37 cases out of the total 201 (18.4%) had hepatic dysfunction and 79 (39.3%) cases had blood uricacid elevation after the treatment. There were 29/201 (14.4%) cases with the blood-fat abnormity before the treatment, and 64 (31.8%) cases had after the treatment. The values of the blood-fat before the treatment were significantly different from that after the treatment. For the patients whose blood-fat were abnormal before the treatment the hepatic dysfunction were significantly higher than in those whose blood-fat was normal.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis and antituberculosis treatment may cause blood-fat metabolic disorder. The blood-fat abnormity before the treatment may accelerate liver damage as already caused by the antituberculosis therapy.
