| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子量肝素（LMWH）对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）存活率和血清一氧化氮（N0）的影响。方法选用Wistar大鼠随机分为3组，假手术组、SAP模型组、SAP低分子量肝素治疗组，比较术后3组大鼠存活率、取血检测并比较术后12、24、48和72h血清NO的变化。所有实验数据均采用均数土标准差（x±S）表示，计量资料用F检验，存活率用Х^2检验。结果SAP低分子量肝素治疗组存活率明显高于SAP模型组，统计学处理差异有显著性意义（p〈0．01）；与对照组相比，SAP低分子量肝素治疗组血清48和72h时间点的NO水平均较模型组高，统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论低分子量肝素可以明显增加SAP大鼠血清NO水平，改善胰腺微循环，对SAP起到治疗作用。
