细针吸取细胞学检查在乳腺癌术前诊断中的价值

目的：探讨细针吸取细胞学（FNAC）检查在乳腺癌术前诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析520例乳腺癌患者术前细针吸取细胞学诊断结果,并与相应的组织病理学结果对照分析。结果：520例术前FN-CA结果中,诊断IV级者445例,诊断III级者34例,诊断II级者35例,诊断I级者6例。FNCA准确率、假阴性率、假阳性率分别为92.1%7、.9%、0。结论：细针吸取细胞学检查是术前诊断乳腺癌准确、安全、可靠的手段,有较高的应用价值。

The Value of Preoperative Diagnosis Based on Fine-needle Aspiration Cytology for Breast Cancer

Objective： To discuss the application value of preoperative diagnosis based on fine-needle aspiration cytology for breast cancer.Method： 520 cases of breast cancer with fine needle aspiration cytology in my hospital were reviewed and compared with that of histopatho1ogy diagnosis.Result： Of the 520 cases fine needle aspiration samples,445 cases were diagnosed as grade IV,34 cases Grade III,35 cases Grade II,and 6 cases as grade I.The diagnostic accuracy,pseudo — negative and pseudo— positive rate of FNAC were 92.1%,7.9%,0.Conclusion：Fine needle aspiration cytology has such advantages in the preoperative diagnosis of breast cancer as high accuracy rate,safety and reliability.It has high application value in the preoperative diagnosis of breast cancers.
