医院急诊人员对院前院内衔接认识的定性研究

目的了解医院急诊人员对院前院内衔接的认识和实际衔接过程中存在的问题。方法对医院急诊科的管理人员和医护人员进行了1个专题小组访谈和10个个人深入访谈。结果所有访谈对象均认为院前院内衔接很重要。大部分访谈对象认为目前衔接的主要问题在于院前、院内急救人员工作不到位,另外"三无"人员的急救也是衔接的棘手问题。结论医院急诊人员都认识到了衔接的重要性,但目前院前院内衔接存在不少问题,院前院内急救体系之间需要加强沟通,建立长效的衔接机制。

Emergency Staff's Knowledge of Connection between Pre-hospital Treatment and In-hospital Treatment:A Qualitative Study

Objective To clarify emergency staff' knowledge of the connection between pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency medical service systems,and to find the existing problems in them.Methods We interviewed respectively 10 individuals and a group of administers and medical staff working in the emergency department.Results All interviewees believed it was important to develop an effective connection between pre-hospital treatment and in-hospital treatment.Most of them thought the major connection problem was that staffs couldn't work to the targets.It's a thorny problem to serve patients without money,identities or accompanying relatives.Conclusion Everyone knows the importance of the connection between pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency medical service systems,but some problems lays in it all the same.Communication should be strengthened and long-acting connection mechanism should be established to solve the problems.
