姜黄素对人结肠癌细胞SW480增殖周期及凋亡的影响

目的探讨姜黄素对人结肠癌细胞SW480细胞生长的抑制作用及其对细胞增殖周期和凋亡的影响。方法采用甲基噻唑（MTT）比色法和生长曲线测定不同浓度姜黄素在不同作用时间内对在体外培养SW480细胞增殖的影响，同时应用流式细胞术检测细胞增殖周期及凋亡率的变化。结果姜黄素可在G0／G1期阻滞人结肠癌细胞SW480的增殖，使S期细胞比率降低；在一定范围内，姜黄素的浓度越高、作用时间越长，对肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用越强，凋亡率也越高。结论姜黄素能抑制人结肠癌细胞SW480细胞生长，并诱导细胞凋亡而阻止细胞周期。

The Effects of Curcumin on Proliferation Cycle and Apoptosis of Human Colon Cancer Cells SW480

Objective： To study the inhibitory effects of curcumin on human colon cancer Ccells SW480 and the effects on cell proliferation cycle and apoptosis. Methods： The effects of curcumin of various concentrations on proliferation of the SW480 cells in vitro at different time were determined by using methyhhiazole （MTT） colorimetric method and growth curve. Flow cytometry was used to determine the variation of cell cycle and cell apoptosis rate. Results： The curcumin could inhibit the proliferation of human colon cancer cells SW480 during G0/G1 period, decreased the cell ratio of S stage. In a certain range, the higher the concentration and the longer the acting time of Curcumin, the stronger the inhibitory effects on tumor cell growth and the higher apoptotic rate. Conclusion： Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of human colon cancer cells SW480, and can inhibit the cell cycle by inducing apoptosis in the study.
