| 摘 要： | 通过血浆D-二聚体在国内外急腹症——急性胰腺炎、急性阑尾炎、肠梗阻、急性肠系膜缺血中的应用状况,结合笔者在这方面的研究,提出了通过D-二聚体等凝血指标来间接反映急腹症腹腔病变器官血运状况的思路,从病变器官的血运状况来判断该病变器官的严重程度,有望为急腹症诊断增加一种新的检验诊断方式。

| Abstract: | Though the application of plasma D-dimer determination at home and abroad in acute pancreatitis, acute appendicitis, intestinal obstruction, acute mesenteric ischemia combined with the researches of authors, it was revealed that the coagulant indicators, such as d-dimer etc., were used to indirectly show that acute abdominal disease affects the blood supply of diseased organs in abdominal cavity.According to the blood supply situation the severity of the diseased organ can be assessed, which is expected to increase a new test for diagnosis of acute abdominal disease. |
