急性胆源性胰腺炎外科治疗的护理体会

目的总结急性胆源性胰腺炎外科治疗的护理过程，探讨急性胆源性胰腺炎外科治疗的临床护理。方法回顾性分析2004年9月至2007年5月本科收治的54例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者临床资料。结果通过耐心的心理护理、良好的饮食护理、仔细的病情观察，及时抑制胰腺分泌、有效预防各种并发症等。全组手术46例，早期手术9例，延期手术37例，均获痊愈，平均术后住院时间8．4d，术后随访无复发。非手术治疗8例，死亡1例，随访有2例复发。结论有预见性的细心观察和护理是急性胆源性胰腺炎外科治疗成功的重要保证。

Experience in nursing of surgical treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis

Objective To summarize the experience in nursing of surgical treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis and to explore the nursing methods of acute biliary pancreatitis choicing different operative time. Methods The clinical data of cases of acute biliary pancreathls clinical nursed in our hostipal from September 2004 to May 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through the patient＇ s psychological nursing, good diet nursing, careful observation, timely restrain the pancreas, effective prevention of complications etc. Forty-six patients received operation. Of these 46 patients ,9 received operation at the early phase and 37 did it later. All the 46 patients recovered and the mean hospitalization duration was 8.4 d. There was no recurred after operation. For the rest 8 patients, 1 died and 2 recurrence. Conclusion Anticipatory observation and nursing care is an important guarantee for success of the acute biliary pancreatitis surgical treatment.
