| 摘 要： | 肛周脓肿在婴幼儿肛门肛管疾病中发病率比较高,为探讨治疗方法,对32例婴幼儿肛周脓肿选择一期手术根治,结果32例全部一期愈合,随诊3～6个月无复发,表明婴幼儿肛周脓肿首选一期手术根治,术野清晰,操作简便,病程短,痛苦小,不损伤肛门括约肌,不易复发,是理想的手术术式。
