窦道切除术治疗术后腹壁窦道94例体会

目的总结术后腹壁窦道形成的原因及手术治疗经验。方法对我院经窦道切除术治疗的94例术后腹壁窦道病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果94例患者中，术后并切口感染者8例，93例治愈，1例再次形成腹壁窦道，85例随访6～24个月，1例再次形成腹壁窦道者3个月后再次手术治愈，其余病例均未复发。结论术后切口感染、异物存在以及术后处置不当是术后腹壁窦道形成最主要的原因。把握手术时机、充分术前准备、选择适当麻醉、完整切除窦道、彻底清除手术创面线头、肌瓣充填缺损是保证手术成功和避免复发的关键。

Sinus excision for the treatment of postoperative abdominal wall sinus in 94 cases
