经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生80例

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法研究对象为2009年1月～2011年1月经尿道前列腺电切治疗的前列腺增生患者80例,设立为观察组,另选择同期行传统开放性手术治疗的60例前列腺增生患者为对照组,比较两组的手术效果。结果观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者术后IPSS、最大尿流率、剩余尿量均较术前明显改善,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经尿道前列腺电切治疗前列腺增生具有较好的疗效,值得推广和应用。

Transurethral resection of the prostate for treatment of 80 BPH patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral prostatectomy treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Selected study subjects from January 2009 to January 2011,by prostatic urethra transurethral treatment 80 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia,to establish the observation group,and another to select the same time the traditional open surgery for 60 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia patients as the control group,the operations index were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss,hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than the control group.After treatment,the IPSS,maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume of the observation group had significant improvement compared with preoperative,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The transurethral prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia has good effect,worthy of promotion and application.
