小剂量氨茶碱联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨口服小剂量氨茶碱联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法选择2009年6月~2010年6月我院收治的COPD患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组在常规疗法的基础上口服氨茶碱,观察组在对照组基础上实施呼吸功能训练,比较两组治疗前后肺功能和生活质量。结果治疗后两组肺功能指标[FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC]及SGRQ评分[日常生活、社会活动、焦虑症状、抑郁症状]均较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.05),观察组改善较对照组更显著(P〈0.05)。结论小剂量氨茶碱口服联合呼吸功能训练能显著改善COPD患者的肺功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Low-dose aminophylline combined respiratory function training on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods All of 70 COPD patients admitted to our hospital were selected from June 2009 to June 2010,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group were given oral aminophylline on the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group were given respiratory function training on the basis of control group.Lung function and quality of life were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pulmonary function index [FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC] and SGRQ score [daily life,social activities,anxiety symptoms,depressive symptoms] of two group were significantly improved with before treatment(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group improved more significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose oral theophylline combined respiratory function training can significantly improve the lung function in COPD patients,improve quality of life,is worthy of clinical application.
