两种手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤对患者卵巢功能及性功能的影响研究

目的探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术、全子宫切除并保留附件手术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能及性功能的影响。方法将2009年1月～2010年1月行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者4JD例设为A组，另选择同期行全子宫切除并保留附件手术患者38例设为B组，比较两组患者的手术效果及卵巢功能与性功能变化情况。结果两组术后6个月的FSH、LH均较术前明显升高，且A组升高更显著，两组术后6个月的E2均较术前明显降低，且A组降低更显著。两组术后6个月的性功能评分均较术前明显提高，且A组的性欲、性唤起、性高潮、性心理、性行为异常症状及射精时间6方面的性功能评分明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能及性功能的改善明显优于全子宫切除并保留附件手术，值得临床推广和应用。

Effects of two surgical methods on ovarian function and sexual function in treatment of patients with uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the myomectomy,hysterectomy and retain attachment surgery on ovarian function in patients with uterine fibroids and sexual function.Methods January 2009-2010 January uterine myomectomy in 40 patients in group A set of the other options over the same period with total hysterectomy and 38 patients with surgery reserved attachments set up for the B group,the application of statistical methods two groups were compared the effect of surgery and ovarian function and sexual function changes.Results The two groups after 6 months of FSH,LH was significantly higher than before surgery,and increased more significantly in group A,two groups after 6 months of E2 was significantly lower than before surgery,and even lower in group A significant.6-month postoperative sexual function score was significantly improved compared with before surgery,and Group A sexual desire,arousal,orgasm,sexual psychology,sexual symptoms and abnormal ejaculation should be time for the 6 aspects of sexual function score was significantly higher than group B,the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Myomectomy for uterine fibroids and ovarian function in patients with improvement in sexual function was significantly better than total hysterectomy and retain attachment surgery,it is worth of clinical applications.
