增加低平牙槽嵴全口义齿修复固位因素的研究

目的：观察六种措施在低平牙槽嵴全口义齿修复治疗中的效果。方法：选择80例低平牙槽嵴患者,其中实验组40例全口义齿修复病例,取功能性无压力印模,应用综合参考法确定垂直距离,人工牙排在中立区,采取树脂人工牙,适当降低牙尖高度,基托的三点适度伸展,钛基托全口义齿进行修复;对照组40例患者用传统方法修复全口义齿。对患者的满意度分六个指标——故位与稳定、咀嚼功能、舒适性、语言、美观和价格的满意程度进行测量,轻过两年随访。结果：通过X~2检验表明：这六种措施比传统方法总体上有显著差异。结论：这六种措施除在美观满意度上没有显著差异外,在其他5个方面的满意度均显著优于传统方法。

Increase the alveolar ridge is a bit over denture retention of factors

The objective of this paper was to observe the effect of the six measures in the treatment of the alveolar denture.The methods was to choose 80 cases of alveolar ridge in which the 40 cases of denture cases took functional stress - free tamping,to use the ？ comprehensive reference methods to determine the vertical distance with the artificial tooth row in the neutral zone,to take resin teeth,to properly reduce artificial tooth point height,and to repair titanium underpinning denture with the moderate stretch of the three points of the kito.For the 40 patients in the control group, the traditional methods was uesed to repair denture for two years.Six measures which were the satisfaction of the patients of retention and stability, chewing function,comfort,language,appearance and price were to be observed to last two years.The result by the X~2 test showed that the mathods of six measures were significantly different from traditional methods in general.The conclusion was that except aesthetic satisfaction,the other five satisfactions of the six measures were significantly better than that of traditional methods.
