| 摘 要： | 文章主要探讨了银医合作模式下的居民健康卡建设。通过对目前几种居民健康卡建设模式的对比研究，分析了居民健康卡的建设模式的优缺点，银医合作模式下的居民健康卡发放以银行为发卡主体、医疗机构应用为主体，促进卡片的发放。银医合作模式下的健康卡建设模式从管理、发卡、应用等各个环节都具有一定的可行性，对建立居民电子健康档案具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | bstrsct The construction mode of bank and medical cooperation for residents＇ health card is focused on. Through the comparative study of some residents＇ health card construction mode, the advantages and disadvantages of the construction mode of residents＇ health card are analyzed. The mode of bank and medical cooperation for residents＇ health card regards the bank as the main issuing objective and the medical institutions as the main application, which can promote the issuance of the card. The analysis of the bank and medical cooperation mode of health card construction shows that from all aspects of the mode, including management, card issuance and application, can achieve universal coverage of health card, which is very important to establish the residents＇ electronic health records. |
