| 摘 要： | 目的：评价基层医院应用MEBT／MEBO治疗成批烧伤病人的疗效。方法：1996年1月至1999年12月收治的五批共31例重度烧伤病人进行MEBT／MEBO规范化治疗。结果：30例治愈，1例因侵袭性感染合并消化道出血死亡，治愈率96．8％，结论：MEBT／MEBO方法简单，疗效可靠，适应于基层医院成批烧伤病人的抢救和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating groups of burn patients. Method: 5 groups including 31 bum patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Results: 30 patients cured and one patients died of invasive infection complicated by digestive tract bleeding. The curative rate was 96. 8%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO had very re- liable efficacy. It is simple and easy to apply and is suitable to be popularized to grass root hospitals to rescue groups of burn patients. |
