| 摘 要： | 目的：观察国产美洛昔康（统克）治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选择681例活动性AS患者，口服统克15mg，ad，分别在0周和第4周末进行疗效和安全性评价。结果：可供观察患者共88例，4例脱落，经过4周的治疗，统克对AS患者的总有效率为93．53％，其中对各项主要疗效指标均有明显改善（P〈0．05）。耐受性良好,不良反应发生率仅为8．3％，主要为轻度的胃肠道不适、口腔溃疡，无严重的不良反应发生。结论：国产美洛昔康通过其消炎镇痛作用对活动性AS的疼痛与功能受限有较好的治疗效果，安全性好。
