乳腺管疏通的时间和个数与泌乳量关系

我院自１９９４年６月，对分娩后的初产妇，先使乳房迅速充盈，在对充劝后具有一定内压的乳房进行剥，推挤，达到新生儿吸吮乳汁顺利的目的。并设实验组和对照组各８０例。对健康无合并症的初妇进行效果观察，结果表明：实验组产会产２４ｈ内，母服量满足新生儿需要率为９６％，对照组为４５％。经统计学ｘ＾２检验处理，两组间有显著性差异。

The Relationship between the Time and Number of Ductus Lactiferi Deroppilation and Amount of Lactation

We have conducted a study in our hospital since June 1994. We had observed healthy primiar having no complications of experimental group (80 cases) filled breast immediatly after childbirth. then peeling. pushing.pinching and pressing it to make baby suck mild smoothly. The result showed:the amount of mother mild,necds rate.that can satisfy neonate of primipara in expermental guoup was 96% .and the compared guoup was 45%. Two guoupswere obviously difference (p<0. 05). The result also indicated:deroppiling ductus lactiferi and increasing the numberof free ductus lactiferi as soon as possible can make mild spurt radiatly and can make neonate finding food,sucking nipple,swallowing reflex soon .so as to increase the amount of mother milk.
