| 摘 要： | 目的探讨榄香烯乳联合化疗药物在肝癌介入治疗中的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法将肝癌患者32例随机分两组，榄香烯乳＋5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）＋顺铂（DDP）灌注治疗组（治疗组）20例和5-FU＋DDP治疗组12例（对照组）。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01），毒副反应小于对照组，患者的生存质量优于对照组。结论榄香烯乳疗效优、毒副作用小，能改善患者的生存质量，值得在肝癌的介入治疗中应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the therapeutic effect and side-effect of transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy(TAI)combined with element emulsion for primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods Thirty-two patients with hepatic carcinoma were divided into two groups.In group A,20 patients were treated with TAI combined with element emulsion.And in group B,12 patients were treated with TAI.Results The therapeutic effect of TAI combined with element emulsion was much better than that of TAI alone(P < 0.01).Conclusion Element emulsion is effective for enhancing and improving quality of life in the patients with hepatic carcinoma.Element emulsion combined chemotherapy by hepatic artery application for the patients with hepatic carcinoma is worth further researching. |
