| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肌钙蛋白I(cTnl)在急性非Q波心肌梗死(NQMI)的诊断价值。方法:用微粒子免疫化学发光法定量检测23例NQMI患者血清cTnl浓度,将其阳性率与血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)作比较。结果:cTnl升高共23例,阳性率100％,峰值平均值为诊断急性心肌梗死界定值的20倍。CK-MB升高16例,阳性率为69.6％,峰值平均值为正常值上限的5.6倍。结论;肌钙蛋白I在NQMI的诊断敏感性显著高于CK-MB。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate diagnostic values of cardiac troponin I ( cTnI) in acute non Q-wave myocardial infarction (NQAMI). Methods: Corpuscule immunochemistry photogenic method was applied to quantitatively detect serum cTnI concentration of 23 cases of NQAMI. The positive rate and serum CK-MB were compared. Results: cTnI level increased in 23 patients. The positive rate was 100% . The peak average value was 20 times of the definition for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction. CK-MB level increased in 16 patients. The positive rate was 69. 9% . The peak average value was 5. 6 times of the upper normal limit. Conclusions: The diagnostic sensitivity of troponin I in NQAMI is obviously higher than that of CK-MB. |
