| 摘 要： | 目的比较ZKPACS多功能显微图像分析仪精子质量自动分析系统计算机辅助精液分析（CASA）与常规精液分析的各项参数结果,并对其应用进行评价。方法对27例生育男性和38例不育男性患者的精液采用计算机辅助分析方法和常规分析方法同时进行检测。结果与常规精液分析比较,计算机辅助精液分析存在精子畸形率降低;活率有差异时,活力a、b级精子降低,活力c、d级精子上升,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;非前向运动组有b级精子。结论计算机辅助精液分析对精子形态、活力辨别能力较常规精液分析低,但增设的直线速度（VSL）、曲线速度（VCL）、路径速度（VAP）、侧摆幅值（ALH）、鞭打频率（BCF）等量化指标及精子运动轨迹图和精子速度分布图显示,能更客观地、真实地反映精子的质量,是常规精液分析所不能的。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare sperm motion parameters of computer-Assisted semen analysis(CASA) system with routine microscopic analysis.Methods The semen of 27 fertile men and 38 men infertile patients was performed with CASA and microscopic analysis.Results Compared with routine microscopic detection,teratosperm rate was lowerly observed by CASA.sperm viability had difference between the two methods,the moving percent of A+B was lower and C+D was higher by the latter,and their difference was significant(P<0.01).Be... |
