单煎和共煎对红花黄色素煎出量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨单煎和共煎条件对红花中红花黄色素(safflor yellow SY)含量的影响。方法:药材水提醇沉,紫外可见分光光度法波长为403nm处检测。结果:红花单煎的SY含量明显高于共煎法,红花与当归共煎后SY的含量明显小于与其他饮片共煎后的SY含量。结论:红花与当归、川芎、桃仁共煎会降低红花黄色素的煎出量。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the effect of single and mixed decoction on safflor yellow (SY) from Flos carthami. Methods The herbal medicines were extracted by water and sedimented by alcohol, the determination of SY was measured by UV with wavelength 403nm. Results: Flow carthamis decocted singly, the content of safflor yellow is much higher than Flow carthamis decoted with athor herbs. Flows carthamis and Radir angelia sinensis decoted togather, the content of safflow yellow is least is all mixed decoction.Conclusion: It would reduce the content of safflor yellow on the mixed decoction with angelica; Ligusticum chunaxiong and prunus davidiana.
