直肠脱垂手术中保留盆腔自主神经的疗效观察

目的研究直肠脱垂手术中保留盆腔自主神经的方法及意义。方法选择2006年7月～2011年12月期间收治的62例直肠脱垂患者,其中31例患者作为观察组行保留自主神经的直肠黏膜固定术,另外31例患者作为对照组行常规的直肠悬吊术。对比观察组两组术后排尿功能、性功能。结果观察组术后排尿功能显著好于对照组(P<0.01),术后性功能显著好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论保留盆腔自主神经的直肠脱垂手术与传统手术比较,行保留盆腔自主神经的患者对排尿功能以及性功能影响较小,值得临床推广。

Observation of the curative effect in rectal prolapse operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation

Objective To investigate the methods and significance of preserving pelvic autonomic nerve in operation of rectal prolapse.Methods 62 cases with rectal prolapse,who were in hospital from 2006 July to 2011 December,were chosen.Among them,31 cases as the observation group underwent surgery for rectal mucosal fixation with autonomic nerve preservation,and another 31 cases as control group underwent conventional rectal suspension.After operation,comparative observation were given to the urinary functions and sexual function of these two groups.Results After operation,the voiding function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and their sexual function was also significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared to the conventional surgery,rectal prolapse operation with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation has less influence on the voiding function and sexual function of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
