心理干预对2型糖尿病患者生命质量的影响

目的 探讨心理干预对2型糖尿病患者精神状态和生命质量的影响,为促进患者身心健康提供依据.方法 选取糖尿病患者160例,分为研究组和对照组.研究组给予针对性的心理干预治疗,对照组则不实施干预.入院1周内及出院前采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和SF-36量表对两组2型糖尿病患者精神状态和生命质量进行测量.结果 干预后,研究组患者SCL-90量表评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对2型糖尿病患者实施有效的心理干预能够提高其心理健康和生活质量水平,有利于促进患者的身心健康.

Effect of Psychological Interventions on Mental Health and Life Quality of Type 2 Diabetes

Aim To study the effect of psychological interventions on psychological state and life quality of type 2 diabetes,to provide the basis for promoting body and mind health of patients. Methods 160 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into study group and control group by random.Study group were given the targeted psychological interventions,control group were not given.The effects were evaluated by SF-36 and SCL-90 at the first week and before discharge. Results Comparing the scores of all scales,the study group was better than the control group after intervention. Conclusion Carrying out the psychological intervention for type 2 diabetes could improve their mental health and life quality,which was positive on promoting their body and mind health.
