牡丹区城市居民高血压患病率及膳食习惯与高血压患病的关联性分析

目的]了解菏泽市城区居民高血压患病情况及饮食习惯与高血压患病的关联性,为高血压防治提供科学依据。方法]从菏泽市牡丹区2011年7月省部联合减盐防控高血压项目个人问卷中抽取30～69岁的632份进行分析。结果]调查632人,查出高血压患者80例,患病率为12.66%。高血压患病率,男性为15.19%,女性为10.13%(P>0.05);18～29岁为3.43%,30～39岁为9.21%,40～49岁为12.20%,50～59岁为22.58%,60～69岁为26.97%(P<0.01);嗜荤食的为27.03%,不嗜荤食的为11.76%(P<0.05);嗜油腻的为19.55%,不嗜油腻的为10.82%(P<0.01)。结论]牡丹区城区居民高血压患病率60～69岁的人群高于其他年龄阶段的;嗜荤食、嗜油腻的高血压患病率高于不嗜荤食、不嗜油腻的。

Correlation Analysis on the Prevalence Rate of Hypertension,Dietary Habits and the Prevalence of Hypertension Among Urban Residents of Mudan District,Heze City

Objective]To study the hypertension and dietary habits associated with hypertension among urban residents in Heze city,so as to provide scientific basis for hypertension prevention and control.Methods]In July,2011,632 in the 30-69 age groups were sampled for analysis from questionnaires of province and ministry joint salt reduction to control hypertension.Results]A total of 632 were surveyed,the prevalence rate of hypertension rate was 12.66% in 80 people.The prevalence rate of female and male was 10.13% and 15.19% respectively,the hypertension prevalence rate of 18-29 years old group,30-39 years old group,40-49 years old group,50-59 years old group and 60-69 years old group was 3.43%,9.21%,12.20%,22.58% and 26.97% respectively(P<0.01),addicted to meaty dishes accounted for 27.03%,not addicted to meaty dishes accounted for 11.76%(P<0.05),addicted to greasy accounted for 19.55%,not addicted to greasy accounted for 10.82%(P<0.01).Conclusion]The prevalence rate of hypertension in 60-69 age urban residents in Mudan district is higher than other age;those addicted to meaty dishes,addicted to greasy have high prevalence rate of hypertension than people who do not eat this kind of food.
