Review on the Research Focus of Medical Injury Compensation in America

This paper presents a brief review of research on medical injury compensation in America.Although the research results are complex and paradoxical,the ideology of acknowledging the freedom and civil right of participants,the "compensation,prevention and administration" analytical framework in the context of the interplay of medical,legal,and insurance institutions,and the empirical examination methods deserve to be paid attention.
