急诊CT对闭合性肝损伤的诊断价值

目的:探讨CT对闭合性肝损伤的临床诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析50例闭合性肝损伤的CT表现.在50例病人中,男45例,女5例,年龄10～38岁,平均32.4岁.全部进行急诊CT检查.结果:CT检查发现肝包膜下积血3例,肝撕裂伤3例,肝挫裂伤19例,肝内血肿25例.结论:CT能显示肝损伤的各种病理表现,具有一定特征性,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠依据.

The Diagnostic Value of Emergent CT to Closed Hepatic Trauma(Report:50 cases)

Objective: To evaluate the value computed tomography (CT) in clinical diagnosis of closed hepatic trauma. Methods: 50 patients (45 men, 5 women, age ranged 10-58, mean age 32.4) with closed hepatic trauma were examined with CT. The CT findings of closed hepatic trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Result: Subcapsular hematoma were found in 3 cases, hepatic lancination in 3 cases, contusion in 19 cases, hepatic hematoma were found in 25 cases. Conclusion: The pathotogical changs in closed hepatic trauma could be demonstrated effectively by specific on CT. CT has been proved to be a reliable modality in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
