经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘术并发症预防及护理

目的:总结经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘术的临床应用和护理观察.方法:对41例行经皮内镜下胃造瘘(PEG)和经皮内镜下空肠造瘘(PEJ)的病人从术前、术中、术后三方面的临床护理进行回顾性分析.结果:41例病人手术顺利,无操作相关严重并发症发生.行PEJ肠内营养治疗后营养状况均得到改善.结果:术后发生切口感染4例,经换药及整体护理后痊愈.PEJ导管阻塞3例,经疏通后恢复正常灌注.PEJ导管移位3例,拔管后上消化道出血1例,均通过有效的治疗及护理治愈.结论:术前、术中和术后严格的护理是预防和有效治疗PEG/PEJ并发症的关键.

Effect and nursing intervention on the complications in patients treated with PEG or PEJ

Objective:To study the effects of nursing intervention on complications in patients treated with percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) and percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy(PEJ).Methods: The relationship between complication and pre-,intra-and post-operation nursing intervention was retrospectively analyzed in 41 patients treated with PEG or PEJ.Results: By pre-,intra-and post-operation nursing intervention,the PEJ or PEG operation was success in 41 patients and there was no severity complication.The pa-tients with slight complications,including infection of incisional wound,ductus obstruction,and upper gastrointestinal bleeding after extu-bation,etc,were also rapidly cured.Conclusions: The pre-,intra-and post-operation nursing intervention is key point to preven and treat the complications in patients treated with PEG or PEJ.
