抑郁症中医辨证分型研究进展＊

抑郁症是一种常见精神疾病,严重危害患者身心健康,中医对于本病的辨证治疗具有独特优势,抑郁症辨证分型相关研究已成为近年来研究的热点。抑郁症属于中医“郁证”的范畴,本文通过对近年来抑郁症中医辨证分型相关文献分析和归纳总结,从辨证分型标准、临床治疗和物质基础等方面详尽将抑郁症辨证分型特点、变化规律及应用现状进行综述,提出对于抑郁症辨证分型目前存在的问题及对未来的展望,旨在将抑郁症辨证分型研究规范化,为临床诊疗及科学研究抑郁症提供参考依据。

Research Progress on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of Depression

Depression is a common mental illness that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease. Research on the syndrome differentiation and classification of depression has become a research focus in recent years. Depression belongs to the category of "stagnation syndrome" in TCM. This article analyzed and summarized the relevant literature on TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of depression in recent years, and elaborated the characteristics of depression syndrome differentiation and classification in terms of syndrome differentiation criteria, clinical treatment and material basis. The law of change and the current status of application are reviewed, and the current problems and future prospects for the classification of depression are put forward. The aim is to standardize the research on the classification of depression and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment and scientific research on depression.
