| 摘 要： | 医学院校研究生在课题研究阶段普遍要用到细胞培养技术，所以在基础学习阶段有必要针对性地开展细胞培养实验课。通过七年来的探索．建立了一套行之有效的培训方法，经过此课程的学习，学员基本掌握了细胞培养的基础知识和基本操作，为今后的研究打下良好基础。

| Abstract: | The technology of cell culture is very useful to graduate students in medical university, so it necessary to apply the cell culture experiment courses to them. After 7 years of practice, a series of effective training project are developed. Through the study, the students have mastered the basic knowledge and the basic operation skill of the cell culture, which grounded for their future research. |
