| 摘 要： | 综述了中医药促进神经干细胞增殖与分化的现代研究状况,从中药复方,单味中药及中药单体分别概述了中医药对神经干细胞增殖和分化的影响及作用机理。认为中医药在神经干细胞的增殖与分化中起了重要作用,临床研究中取得了明显疗效,并根据实验研究总结了其作用机制。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the modern research situation on proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells by the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The compound, single herb and monomer can affect the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. Chinese Traditional Medicine （TCM） plays an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells and confirmed by clinical research. We find part mechanism according to the experimental study. But, the study of TCM is mainly fbcus on cerebral ischemia. And the mechanism needs more in-depth studies, to provide a basis for TCM. |
