中西医结合治疗慢性丙型肝炎32例临床观察

目的：探讨中医药辨证论治联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a（派罗欣）及利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将62例慢性丙型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组32例和对照组30例,对照组采用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a（派罗欣）及利巴韦林治疗;治疗组采用中医药辨证论治联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a（派罗欣）及利巴韦林治疗。观察两组患者治疗24周后的不良反应、血清肝纤维化指标、主要临床表现及HCVRNA转阴率。结果：治疗24周后,两组血清肝纤维化指标及主要临床表现均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组不良反应、治疗后血清肝纤维化指标及主要临床表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;HCVRNA转阴率治疗组高于对照组,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：采用中医药辨证论治联合聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a（派罗欣）及利巴韦林治疗慢性丙型肝炎可减少抗病毒药物的不良反应,延缓肝脏纤维化,改善患者临床症状。

Clinical Observation on 32 Cases with Chronic Hepatitis C Treated by Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective： To explore the effect of Chinese herb medicine combined with western medicine of antiviral therapy for chronic hepatitis C. Methods： 62 patients of chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Patients in the control group were treated with pegylated interferon cdpha-2a（Pegasys） and ribavirin. Patients in the treatment group were treated with pegylated interferon alpba-2a（Pegasys） and ribavirin as well as Chinese medicine. The changes of adverse reactions, indexes of hepatic fibrosis, clinical manifestations, I-ICVRNA were observed after 24 weeks. Results： The improvement of adverse reactions, indexes of hepatic fibrosis, clinical performance were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The HCVRNA negative rate of the treatment group was increased compared to the control group, But the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The use of traditional Chinese medicine and pegylated interferon cdpha-2a （Pegasys） for chronic hepatitis C may reduce the antiviral drug adverse reaction, delay the indexes of liver fibrosis and improve the clinical symptoms.
