| 摘 要： | 目的建立颈痛胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中延胡索、川芎、白芍、葛根进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定三七中人参皂苷Rg1含量。结果薄层色谱法专属性强；人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为96．08％，RSD为0．92％。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确，重复性好，可作为颈痛胶囊的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of Jintong capsules. Methods Thin-layer chromatography was employed to identify Rhizoma Corydalis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, White Peony Root and Radix pueraiae. The content of Ginsenoside Rgl determined by High Pressure Liquid Chromatogra- phy. Results The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was dis- tinct and highly specific. The average recovery of Ginsenoside Rgl was 96. 07% with RSD at 0. 33% Conclusion The method is easy, accurate and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation |
