摘    要:目的:比较镍铬合金和钛合金两种非贵金属烤瓷修复体(PFM)对犬牙龈组织形态学影响.方法:将健康犬以镍铬合金和钛合金两种PFM修复体进行犬牙修复术,通过光镜和透射电镜观察犬牙龈组织的超微结构,用TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡,并进行统计学分析.结果:镍铬合金PFM修复后,犬牙龈组织在光镜下可见大量的炎性细胞浸润,局部血管出血.凋亡指数58.63%±11.12%.钛合金PFM修复犬牙后,牙龈组织在光镜下炎性细胞浸润及局部血管出血较少,凋亡指数43.34%±8.27%.镍铬合金PFM与钛合金PFM的凋亡数与对照组差异具有统计学意义,镍铬合金PFM和钛合金PFM细胞凋亡数量差异有统计学意义,但镍铬合金凋亡指数更高.结论:镍铬合金PFM修复犬牙对犬牙龈组织影响大,而钛合金PFM修复犬牙对犬牙龈组织结构的影响相对较小,细胞凋亡指数较镍铬合金组低.临床上选择PFM修复时,选择钛合金制作PFM基底冠更有利于维护牙龈组织的健康.

Abstract:Objective: To detect the effect of nickel-chromium alloy and titanium alloys metal porcelainfusedtomatal (PFM) on the canine gingival tissue. Methods: Three healthy dogs were used to analyse the nickel-chromium alloy and titanium alloysmetal PFM repairing canine, and to observe the ultrastructure of the canine gingival tissue under a light microscope and a transmission electron microscope. And then apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. The results were analyzed statistically. Results: Under the light microscope, inflammatory cell infiltration and part angiorhagia were seen in the nickel-chromium alloy PFM repairing canine. Under the transmission electron microscope, there were many reactions such as apoptosis and karyopyknosis (apoptotic index, 58.63%±11.12%). While all of these could be seen less in the titanium alloysmetal PFM repairing canine (apoptotic index, 43.34%±8.27%). Conclusion: The nickel-chromium alloy PFM repairing canine has great influence on the ultrastructure of canine gingival tissue, while the titanium alloys PFM repairing canine has less. On selecting the PFM repairing, using the inactive titanium alloys metal PFM repairing canine as basal crown repair could be a better choice.
