有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭110例救治体会

目的：探讨有机磷中毒伴呼吸衰竭的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。方法：回顾分析我科2001至2009年间有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭110例的救治方法和结果。结果：呼吸衰竭脱机成功、痊愈出院106例（96.4%）。88例并发不同程度的肺部感染,经治疗痊愈。结论：合理的机械通气及良好的气道护理能降低有机磷中毒合并呼吸衰竭的死亡率。

Emergency Treatment for 110 Cases of Respiratory Failure Resulting from Acute Organophosphorus Pesticides Poisoning

Objective：To explore the clinical characteristic,treatment and prognosis of respiratory failure resulting from acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning （AOPP）.Method：A retrospective analysis was made to the emergency treatments and results for 110 cases of respiratory failure resulting from AOPP in our hospital during 2001 and 2009.Result：106 cases （96.4%） were extubated successfully and cured without any complications,88 cases had lung infection resulting from AOPP,which were cured.Conclusion：Using the ventilator reasonably reduces the mortality in the case of respiratory failure resulting from AOPP.
