原发性肝癌介入治疗术后破裂出血9例临床分析

目的探讨原发性肝癌介入治疗术后破裂出血的危险因素及临床表现。方法回顾分析我院2006年3月～2009年5月原发性肝癌介入治疗术后肝癌破裂出血患者的临床资料。结果原发性肝癌介入治疗1478例,发生肝癌破裂出血9例,发生率为0.6%;7例内科保守治疗,2例外科手术;死亡5例,占55.55%;临床表现缺乏特征性,容易与肝癌化疗栓塞术综合征的临床表现相混淆;多发生于肿瘤较大、肿瘤位于肝脏表面或向外突出的患者。结论原发性肝癌介入治疗术后破裂出血是一种少见、缺乏临床特征、严重的并发症;肿瘤较大,近邻肝脏表面或向外突出、过量栓塞是其发生的危险因素。

Rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional treatment

Objective To retrospective investigate the risk factors and clinical manifestation of rupture of hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy.
