同仁堂化瘀丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死79例观察

目的观察同仁堂化瘀丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法79例脑梗死患者完全随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（39例）。观察组口服同仁堂化瘀丸（5g／次，2Ot／a）、丁苯酞软胶囊（200mg／次，4次／d）；对照组口服维脑路通片和静脉滴注川芎嗪注射液（80mg／d），2组各用药1个月后进行神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死面积比较和疗效评价。结果治疗前2组神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），韶刍疗后2组比较差异有统计学意义对照组（62．14±8．35）分]，观察组（69．53±7．84）分，P〈0，05]；治疗后观察组脑梗死面积（8．95±2．96）cm^2]明显小于对照组（11．87±3．46）cm^2]（P〈0．05），总有效率明显高于对照组（U=2．74、2．58，P〈0．01）。结论同仁堂化瘀丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗脑梗死有较好的治疗效果。

Effect of Tongrentang Huayu Pill combined with butylphthalide on cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tongrentang Huayu Pill combined with Bu-tylphthalide on cerebral infarction. Method Seventy-nine patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group that was treated with Tongrentang Huayu Pill and Butylphthalide. The control group received troxerutin tablet and ligustrazine injection. Neurological deficit score, cerebral infarction area and total effective rate were evaluated after treated for one month. Results Before treatment, both groups showed no significant difference in neurological deficit score (P > 0.05 ), but after treatment the scores in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group (62.14 ±8.35)vs (69.53 ± 7.84 ), P < 0.05]. After treatment for one month, cere-bral infarction area in observation group showed smaller and total effective rate was higher than those in control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Tongrentang Huayu Pill combined with Butylphthalide was effective in treating patients with cerebral infarction.
