论“脾主为卫”

“脾主为卫”含保卫机体、抗邪防病之意 ,是脾脏的核心功能 ,是已知脾功能的综合体现 ;其内容包括未病先防、已病防传、虽病易愈。脾为后天之本是其主卫的内在机制 ,脾还与其他脏腑、体窍密切相关 ,有着主卫功能的广泛体现。运化失职、气血失和、转枢失调、气火失常是脾主卫失常的病理基础 ;脾主卫失常在发病学中占有重要地位 ,乃百病之终始 ,补脾、祛湿、调它脏是常用的恢复脾主卫之功的方法。临证健脾 ,既可补先天之不足 ,又能复机体之气化 ,无论虚实之证均须顾脾。“脾主为卫”对于“治未病”具有重要意义 :未病健脾防其发 ,欲病健脾防其作 ,已病健脾防其变

The theory of the spleen being in charge of the defensive function,which means to protect the body and prevent diseases,consists of preventive treatment,preventing the progress of diseases and the quick recovery of diseases The foundation of the theory is that the spleen and stomach provide the material bases of the acquired constitution The spleen also has close relationship with other organs and orifices,which are the presention of the function of the spleen defense It is the pathological basis of the dysfunction of the spleen being in charge of the defensive function that the dysfunction of digestion,the imbalance of Qi and blood,the disorder of pivotal function of the spleen and the disorder of Qi and fire in the body So,invigorating the spleen,removing the pathogenic dampness from the body and regulating other organs are the main methods to recover the function of the spleen being in charge of the defense In clinic,the spleen should be regultated both in deficiency and excess syndrome
