| 摘 要： | 目的：总结降低大咯血死亡率的治疗经验。方法：将156例经临床确诊的大咯血患者进行综合诊治分析。结果：本组156例大咯血患者中抢救成功147例（成功率为94.2%）,死亡9例（死亡率为5.77%）。结论：大咯血患者经过严密、系统、及时的诊断和治疗,治疗成功率比较高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize massive hemoptysis reduce mortality experience of the treatment.Methods:156 cases of clinically confirmed massive hemoptysis comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of patients.Results:The 156 cases of patients with massive hemoptysis successful rescue 147 cases(94.2% success rate),nine cases of death(mortality rate was 5.77 %).Conclusion:The case after tight,systematic,timely diagnosis and treatment,the treatment success rate is relatively high. |
