| 摘 要： | 以45名正常临产产妇为观察对象,于活跃期静注安定10mg,并以同期未用药产妇做对照,测定血浆中前列腺素I_2(PGI_2)及血栓素A_2(TXA_2)的代谢产物6-酮-前列腺素F_1α(以下简称6PG)和血栓素B_2(TXB_2)的变化,以了解安定促进产程进展与PGI_2和TXA_2的关系。结果表明,用药组血浆6PG水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。而TXB_2及6PG/TXB_2比值,两组间无显著差异,提示PGI_2在安定加速产程中有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Forty-five normal parturients were taken as experimental group and diazepam 10mg was injected intravenously during the active stage of labour. Other 45 normal parturients of similar conditions were taken as control group. Plasma levels of 6PG and TXB_2 metabolites of PGI_2 and TXA_2 respectively, were determined to investigate the relationships between the effect of diazepam on labour and PGI_2 plasma levels. The result showed that plasma level of 6PG in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01).However, no significant difference of TXB_2 and 6PG:TXB_2 ratio between the two groups was identified (P>0.05). The result indicated that PGI_2 played an important role in the mechanism of labonr acceleration by diazepam. |
