碘剂椎管造影的临床价值

用Pantopaque或碘苯酯做椎管造影140例,经腰椎穿刺进药,绝大部分影象清晰,副作用轻微。无一例中毒性惊厥,无严重合并症。本文还就新老造影剂的特征和椎管造影的鉴别诊断要点进行了讨论。作者认为本法对脊髓脊柱外科等是一种极有价值的诊查手段。

CLINICAL VALUE OF MYELOGRAPHY WITH PANTOPAQUE

Lumbar myelography was performed in 140 patients with pantopaque or myodil. The contrast mediums were used in the lumbar region by puncture. The image quality was good or excellent in a great majority. Side-effects. were minor, no serious complications occured and no convulsions. The characters of the old and new contrast mediums and differential diagnosis points of myelography in the spinal canal diseases were discussed in this paper. The authors feel that this method is a valuable procedure for diagnoses and examinations in the spine and spinal cord surgery.
