二甲双胍与阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效比较

目的　比较二甲双胍和阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法　选择 6 0例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者 ,分为二甲双胍组 30例 (男 16例 ,女 14例 )口服二甲双胍 0 2 5g～ 0 5g,tid。阿卡波糖组 30例 (男 18例 ,女12例 ) ,口服阿卡波糖 5 0mg～ 10 0mg ,tid ,均口服 6周。结果　二甲双胍和阿卡波糖均能明显降低空腹和餐后血糖 ,二甲双胍的有效率分别为 87%和 73%。阿卡波糖的有效率分别为 83%和 97%。降低餐后血糖的作用 ,阿卡波糖优于二甲双胍 (P <0 0 1) ,而降低胆固醇的作用 ,阿卡波糖不如二甲双胍 (P <0 0 1)。二甲双胍的不良反应为恶心和腹泻 ,发生率为 13% ;阿卡波糖不良反应为腹胀和排气增多 ,发生率为 17%。结论　二甲双胍和阿卡波糖均能明显降低空腹和餐后血糖 ,且治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病都安全有效 ,降低餐后血糖 ,阿卡波糖优于二甲双胍。

The Comparison of Curative Effect on Diabetes Ⅱ (NDDM) Treated with Acarbose and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets

Objective To evaluate the comparative outcomes of treatments towards Diabetes Ⅱ by Acarbose and Metformin Hydrochloride tablets. Methods Selected two groups with 30 cases each. One with 16 males, 14 females took Metformin Hydrochloride tablets (0.25 g～0.5 g,tid) the other with 18 males, 12 females took Acarbose tablets (50 mg～100 mg,tid). Both of them took the medicines for 6 weeks. Results Both metformin hydrochloride and acarbose can effectively reduce the blood sugar either before or after the meals. The effective rate of metformin hydrochloride is 87% and 73%, while acarbose is 83% and 97%. As for the efficiency to reduce the blood sugar after meals, acarbose is better than metformin hydrochloride (P<0.01); as for the efficiency to reduce cholesterol, the latter (P<0.01) is better than the former. The negative side effects of taking metformin hydrochloride are nausea and diarrhea, the occurring rate is 13%, while of acarbose are abdominal distension and exsufflation, the occurring rate is 17%. Conclusion Both of these two medicines can achieve satisfactory therapies to reduce the level of blood sugar of patients either before or after meals and can cure diabetes in safe and efficiency and acarbose is better than metformin hydrochloride in terms of reducing blood sugar after meal. abstract Acarbose, Metformin hydrochloride, Diabetes Ⅱ (NIDDM)
