银杏叶提取物对小白鼠长期毒性的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察长期使用银杏叶提取物(GinkgobilobaL.extraction,GBE)对小白鼠的毒性及副作用。方法:将40只小白鼠随机分为对照组和银杏叶组,分别饲喂正常饲料和GBE饲料。测量小白鼠体重,观察血液学和血液生化学指标、组织病理学变化及停药后的恢复情况等。结果:各主要脏器心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肾上腺、脑等剖检后,肉眼均未发现异常变化;GBE组动物脏器系数与对照组比较均无显著性差异;脏器组织病理学检查亦未见萎缩、变性、坏死等明显的病理改变,与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:长期食用银杏叶提取物对小白鼠无任何毒性。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the long-term toxicity and side effect of Ginkgo biloba L.extraction(GBE)on mice. Methods: 40 mice were randomized into normal group which was given normal feed and GBE group which was given GBE. Body weights, hematological indexes, biochemical indexes of the blood and pathological changes of mice were observed. Results: The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, adrenal gland, brain of two groups mice had not obvious pathological changes by naked eyes. The difference of organ coefficients and organ pathological changes were not obvious between GBE group and normal group(P>0.05). Conclusion: GBE had no long-term toxicity on mice.
