髋臼骨折手术治疗和并发症防治

目的：提高髋臼骨折治疗效果，减少并发症，方法：通过对31例髋臼骨折手术治疗效果进行分析。结果：按Matta疗效标准分（1）临床标准结果优良85.2%,(2)X线标准结果优良78.5%，并发症主要是坐骨神经损伤，异位骨化和创伤性关节炎。结论：正确判断骨折类型，良好良位质量，减少手术创作是提高治疗优良率减少并发症发生的有效方法。

Operative therapy and prevention of complications of acetabular fracture

Objective: To improve the therapeutic effect of acetabular fracture and reduce complications. Method: An analysis of 31cases of therapeutic effect of acetabular fracture. Result :All the 31 cases were evaluated according to the criteria of Matta.The excellent ratio is 85.2% in clinical standard, and 78.5% in X-ray standard .The main complications include sciatic, traumatic arthritic and ectopic bone formation. Conclusion: The methods to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce complications? Comprises a correct judgment of fracture? type a good reduction and less operative injury.
