葛根素对酒醉小鼠行为学及抗氧化作用的研究

目的　通过研究葛根素对小鼠饮酒后行为学及体内超氧化物歧化酶、脂质过氧化物的影响 ,探讨葛根素的解酒功能和保护机体细胞、抗氧化作用。方法　分别给小鼠灌胃葛根素溶液和饮用酒后 ,观察小鼠醉酒潜伏期、睡眠时间及体内 SOD、MDA、GSH- PX、GSH等的变化。结果　给药组小鼠与对照组小鼠相比 ,醉酒潜伏期明显延长 ,睡眠时间显著缩短 ;小鼠醉酒后体内 SOD、MDA、GSH- PX、GSH发生异常变化 ,灌胃葛根素溶液后能够改变而接近于正常水平。结论　上述结果表明 ,葛根素对饮酒后小鼠的异常行为的改变和机体内氧化反应有明显的拮抗作用 ,起到保护机体细胞的作用

Effect of Puerarin on Action and Oxygen Free Radicals & Lipid Peroxide in Mice Suffering from Alcohol

Objective To study the effect of puerarin on action and oxygen free radicals & lipid peroxide in mice suffering from alcohol.Method All mice were p.o.edible alcohol after 30 min of p.o.puerarin.The durations from the disappear of righting reflex to recovery,the time of sleeping and the activity of SOD,MDA, GSH PX,GSH were recorded.Result Compared with the control group, the durations from the disappear of righting reflex to recovery in drug group were extended significantly while the time of sleeping were shortened evidently.The activity of SOD、MDA、GSH PX、GSH of mice had abnormal change in model group.After administrated puerarin, the activity of SOD、MDA、GSH PX、GSH of mice were attained the normal level nearly and had not significent difference compared with the control group.Conclusion Puerarin can alleviate the abnormal action of mice suffering from alcohol and protect the body cell.
